hungryyyyy... want nasi lemak sambal kerang. i'd make some myself but i don't think i can stand frying the sambal, plus no kerang.
and i'm still thinking of my friend bai's mom's perut masak lemak cili padi. and paku pakis masak lemak...
nothing of my mom's yet... oh, oh... my dad's maggi goreng.

ah, the cravings have kicked in eh? must be doubly challenging sbb semua kena masak sendiri kat sana..unlike here, where u can just pop out n search for some good ol' nasi lemak sambal kerang...
i don't know what to suggest tho u cud try to make ur own versions of those foods when the loya goes away eh? but do eat healthy stuff like lotsa green veggies, fresh OJ (that's not hard to find in the US!), milk and fish--sardines and salmon are good..all that, i am told, is good for the baby :-D
P/S Bai's mom's masak lemak is DA BOMB..teringat kat masak lemak cili padi tempoyak n petai dia yg den makan kek kolo pilah! mmmh!

and no.....my craving was not so bad. but when i feel like eating something, masak je lah....i have no problem smelling the tumis time. my earlier time was really into spicy stuffs!!
Laa.. ciannyer dia. Nanti ler emmy carik kot2 I still have kerang somewhere. But if you go to Oriental store.. usually ada the thai version of sambal kerang. In the little can (like tuna can). The can color is pink. It's from Thai.. i think brand dia ada logo smiling fish, if I'm not mistaken. The taste is oklaa.. kalau setakat nak lepaskan craving for kerang tuh.. :)

sure, Feb 10 looking good to me. ala dtg je....tak nyah nak prepare deh.....ada baby ni lain sikit...sentiasa lintang pukang...takde masa sgt....now lagi le...he wants attention all the time. daddy dia pun dia tak nak sometimes.

but we kindda have to be careful about travel & money... that nilai house of ours is making hidup sempit. kalau takde that mortgage on our head, every weekend kitaorang town hopping cari malaysian food : )...
